သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်း ရေးဆွဲမည့်သူများအနေနဲ့ Learning Outcomes ဆိုတဲ့အကြောင်းအရာဟာ အဓိကထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားရမဲ့အချက်ပါ။ Learning Outcomes ဆိုတာကို
“Learning Outcomes are statements that describe the knowledge or skills students should acquire by the end of a particular assignment, class, course, or program, and help students understand why that knowledge and those skills will be useful to them.” လို့ [1] မှာဖွင့်ဆိုထားပါတယ်။
အဆိုင်းမင့်တစ်ခုပီးလျှင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အတန်းသင်ခန်းစာတစ်ခု (သို့) သင်ရိုးတစ်ခုပီးလျှင်ဖြစ်စေ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ ဘယ်လိုဗဟုသုတနဲ့ကျွမ်းကျင်တတ်မြောက်မှု တွေရရှိရမယ်လို့ ဖော်ပြထားချက်တွေကို Learning Outcomes လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။
လက်ရှိ အင်ဂျင်နီယာပညာရေးမှာလည်း TVET လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းပညာသင်ကြားရေးစနစ် နဲ့ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးစနစ် ဟု (၂)မျိုးရှိရာ စဉ်းစားတွေးခေါ်မှုထက် ကျွမ်းကျင်တတ်မြောက်မှုကို ပို ၍ဦးစားပေးသော TVET စနစ်မှာ Learning Outcomes တိတိကျကျထားရှိဖို့ ပိုလို့ပင်လိုအပ်ပါမယ်။ (သင်ကြားရေးအားလုံးမှာတော့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်)
ယခင်သင်ကြားရေးစနစ်တွင် သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းရေးဆွဲရာမှာ Learning Outcomes ကြိုတင်သတ်မှတ်မှုအားနည်းခဲ့ပါတယ် (ဘာသာရပ်အားလုံးအားမဆိုလိုပါ)။ ပြင်ပလုပ်ငန်းခွင်လိုအပ်ချက်ဘာတွေရှိတယ်ဆိုတာလည်းလေ့လာမှုအားနည်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီတော့ သင်ခန်းစာတစ်ခုပီးသွားလျှင် ဘာတွေတတ်မြောက်(သို့) သိရှိသွားရမလဲဆိုတာ ကျောင်းသားတွေအနေနဲ့ဝေဝါးကျန်ရစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Learning Outcomes ရဲ့ ဥပမာကိုအောက်မှာဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။
(“will be able to” + “V1”) ပုံစံဖြင့်ရေးသားထားပါတယ်။ Engineering Subjects များအတွက် Learning Outcomes များကို အောက်ပါဥပမာများနမူနာထားပီး ပြောင်းလဲရေးသားဖော်ပြနိုင်ပါတယ်။
Example of Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
identify and describe the political, religious, economic, and social uses of art in Italy during the Renaissance
identify a range of works of art and artists
analyze the role of art and of the artist in Italy at this time
analyze the art of the period according to objective methods
link different materials and types of art to the attitudes and values of the period
evaluate and defend their response to a range of art historical issues
ယခုလို Learning Outcomes ထားရှိခြင်းဟာ ကျောင်းသားများအတွက်ရော၊ သင်ကြားသူများအတွက်ရော၊ ကျောင်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲသူများအတွက်ပါ အလွန်အကျိုးရှိလှပါတယ်။ Learning Outcomes ထားရှိခြင်းဖြင့် သင်ကြားသင်ယူမှုတွေဟာပိုမိုတိကျလာပီး သင်ခန်းစာပီးသည့်နောက် တတ်မြောက်မှုစစ်ဆေးအကဲဖြတ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကိုလည်း ပိုမိုတိကျ စနစ်ကျလာစေပါတယ်။(ဆက်ပါဦးမည်)
